At Urben Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.

  • The item is not as described on our website.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.


2. Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

  • Items purchased at discounted prices are not eligible for refund or return.


3. Return & Delivery Charges

  • A return delivery fee of ₨300 will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our customer support at onlineurbenmart@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • After your request is submitted, our customer care agent will call you within 24 hours for confirmation.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and verify it is not damaged or broken, we will approve your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider) for the refund to reflect in your account.
